PerformancePlus has been helping companies across East Anglia with management structures and quality frameworks since 2003.  We have a 100% success record in helping companies gain the International Standards certifications they need. Our philosophy has always been to make the systems work for our clients rather than trying to make our clients change to suit some arbitrary system or process. It is this subtle, yet supportive approach, that has gained us an ever-increasing circle of friends amongst our clients.

Laurence Brooks – Director

Laurence is a chartered physicist and a member of the Institutes of Quality Assurance and Business Advisers. He spent 18 years in the electronics sector and focuses on quality, business development and general management. This included overall Operations responsibility for the European arm of a global microelectronics assembly business. As a result, he has experience of businesses processes on a global basis.

Stuart Northcott – Director

Stuart specialises in business performance improvement through the application and assistance of skills in leadership, team building and managing change. He also provides a range of management coaching and development for individuals and management teams. He is a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model.

Martin Rickard – Director

Martin is a chartered engineer and chartered marketer with extensive experience as a mentor with businesses of up to 500 employees. His career has encompassed 35 years of manufacturing electrical and electronic components, and international sales and marketing, including 24 years of general management of UK and European businesses.

Andrew MacAllan – Director

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Manufacturing section of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. He has directed and managed large organisations in both FMCG and high volume bespoke products in several business sectors over a 25 year period. Andrew has been working in the field of business improvement through involvement of people for the last 12 years.  He is a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model.

David Baker – Director

Dave has a degree in Computer Engineering and over 25 years experience in the computer industry with companies such as British Telecom, CAP Gemini and f5 Networks. He is also a trained business coach and a qualified lead auditor for ISO 27001, the International Standard for Data and Information Security.
